It’s not everyday you witness a Cambodian wedding, but here it is! Sylvia and Johnson has had the privilege of having not one, not two, but three wedding ceremonies. The two had a Cambodian ceremony, a Chinese tea ceremony and a stunning outdoors civil ceremony beautifully held at the Nurragingy reserve and wonderfully presented by celebrant Robyn Pattison. Of course this meant giving us plenty of material to work with when the couple decided that they liked our work so much they wanted to have both a cinematic trailer as well as a feature highlights.

In the multicultural city of Sydney, it is nice to see couples embracing their future while honouring their roots. We don’t like to be biased but we just loved their Cambodian ceremony, it is one of the most colourful and culturally rich ceremonies we have ever been. Our Le Motion team is ever so impressed by its intricacies. We’re sure our old friends from Sutoritera managed to capture some of the most amazingly colourful photographs as well.
Before their wedding, Sylvia and Johnson contacted us in London, having spent the last two years working and living there together. It must have been a honeymoon-like experience for the two as they travelled around Europe like children in a global playground.
There are only a few places to hold a reception that caters a banquet for 400 guests, but Sylvia and Johnson chose a beautiful Chinese Seafood restaurant, Villa Capri. Shaking things up with romantic dances and beautiful speeches, the couple pulls the heartstrings of everybody in the room that day, especially their families and close friends.
“You are my future, you make me a better person and you complete me.” After a long and wonderful day, the couple ends their wedding the promise of a better and happier future together.
